Terms of Service

The service
QuikTake helps teams request, collect, and review video responses. By using QuikTake, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Accounts and content
Requestors create an account to manage video requests and invite recipients. Recipients submit videos through a private link. No account is required. You are responsible for your account security, the accuracy of information you provide, and having permission to contact the people you invite.
Recipients keep ownership of videos they submit. By submitting, a recipient grants the requestor the right to view, download, and use that video for the purpose of the request. QuikTake stores and delivers content on the requestor's behalf and does not claim ownership of submitted videos.
Acceptable use
Do not use QuikTake to collect or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend access to accounts or requests that violate these terms.
Availability
QuikTake is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuikTake and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid for the service.
