QuikTake ("we", "us") helps teams collect video responses from people they invite. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

We collect account details (such as name and email) when you sign up, contact information you provide about recipients you invite, the videos those recipients submit, and basic usage information needed to operate the service, such as whether an invitation was opened or a video was received. We may also collect basic technical metadata associated with uploaded content, such as format and upload timing, to help deliver and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information to run QuikTake: creating requests, sending invitations and notifications, storing and displaying submissions, and keeping the service secure and reliable. Recipients do not need an account to submit a video; access is controlled through a private link.
Storage and processing
Your information and uploaded content are stored and processed using secure cloud infrastructure operated by trusted providers. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, and we limit access to what is needed to operate the service.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate QuikTake, such as email delivery providers and cloud hosting and storage providers. We share this data only as needed to deliver the service. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we store.
Your choices
Requestors can remove recipients and associated data from a request at any time. If you are a recipient and want your video or personal information removed, contact us and we will help.
